Since 1956, the Byars family has proudly served Blacksburg, Cherokee County, and the surrounding areas. Our business, founded by Floyd Byars, has remained family-owned and operated for four generations.

After Floyd, his son Roy Louis Byars took the reins and continued the tradition. In time, Roy’s sons, Mark and Vic, joined him in the business and worked alongside their father until his retirement. Today, Vic continues to run the business with the support of his middle son, Cameron.

For the past 69 years, every member of our family has played a role providing the vital support that keeps everything running behind the scenes. It’s truly a family-run establishment in every sense of the word.

None of this would be possible without our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and his sacrifice for us. Something we strive to live our lives showing daily.
